We are seeking confident candidates to join and lead our maintenance engineering team as a Senior Maintenance Engineering Supervisor. The professional who fills this position will apply technical knowledge and communication skills to ensure all staff in the team of Machine Maintenance, Facility/Utility Maintenance and Project Team are working together effectively to achieve department objectives and Company’s goal.
• Be a good role model and supervise a team of Engineers, Technicians, and Asst. Techni cians and ensure that all staff are equally familiar and complying with the company’s safety requirements
• Inspect all machines and equipment on a weekly basis to ensure it is functioning properly and safely; work with the engineering staff to ensure any equipment issues are immedi ately attended to and effectively solved
• Observe production to guarantee that operations are taking place quickly and accurately
• Assist Dept. Manager in formulating an annual plan, budget and action plan for Preven tive Maintenance
• Ensure preventive and corrective, including predictive maintenance are accurately and punctually processed for both machine maintenance and facility/utility maintenance
• Ensure all troubleshoot in the maintenance team is done with best practice and complies with work instruction and quality procedure
• Participate in product and technology transfer or new model/process projects as as signed, including all facility installation and building renovation/construction
• Provide design, upgrading and modification services for tools and/or machine as requested
• Compile operation statistics and organize them into a useful report to identify inefficiencies and areas that can be improved; make weekly suggestions for continuous improvement

Regular days: Monday-Saturday
The starting date can be in January 2020
